Recipe Reel is a Framer template for food creators and the designers who build for them. Everything below ships with the template — swap the demo for your own content and publish.
1 — Replace the recipes
Open the Recipes collection in the CMS. Each recipe pairs a cover photo with written ingredients, steps, and links to the original video. Duplicate a demo row, edit the fields, and delete the rows you do not need.
2 — Point videos at your channel
The Watch original video button and video credit on every recipe come from the Video URL and Video creator fields. Paste your own YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram links.
3 — Choose your categories and series
Quick dinners, Baking, Budget meals, and Weekend cooking are just a starting point. Rename them or add your own — recipe lists and filters follow the CMS automatically.
4 — Connect your forms
The newsletter and contact forms are native Framer forms. Open the form in the canvas and connect your email tool in the form settings before publishing.
5 — Make the about page yours
The About page ships with placeholder copy. Keep the structure — a short hook, how you cook, and what readers can expect — and write your own story.
6 — Check the legal pages
Privacy and Terms ship with neutral template language. Have them match your actual practices before you go live.
